A Case of Primary Carcinoma of Fallopian Tube

Abstract

|
Primary carcinoma of fallopian tube is very rare tumor, that has an incidence less than 1% in all female genital malignancies. The symptoms are not distinctive and in most cases, type are so slight that disease is well advanced when the diagnosis
is
made. The postmenopausal bleeding is the most common presenting complaint.
The diagnosis of carcinoma of the fallopian tube is not made preoperatively in most cases. A 57 years woman presented with complaints of postmenopausal bleeding for 1 month.
This paper reports a case of primary fallopian tube carcinoma and presents review.
